Caritas normally meets on the First Monday of the month at 7:30pm.
The name means “Christian love for others” and is part of Mothers Union Australia. Membership is open to everyone and provides friendship, relaxation, intellectual stimulation and time to be oneself.
Meetings may include prayer, guest speakers, craft nights, outings, discussions.
Caritas promotes all that strengthens and preserves Christian family life.

Each year, Caritas organise an Annual High Tea Fundraiser to help raise funds for a worthy cause. This year, Fisher Road Special School was chosen. The hard working ladies of the Parish and volunteers prepared a delightful spread for this well-attended event. $2,000 was raised from the attendees for the Fisher Road Special School.
