All Souls Solemn Requiem 2006

Every year on All Souls Day a Solemn Requiem is celebrated for all the departed.
Those who have lost loved ones over the last year whose funerals have been held at St John's are
invited to attend in order to worship, hear the message of hope of the resurrection and
the Communion of Saints in the Gospel, and commend those who have died into God's hands.
This year once again Voces Sacrae sang the Byrd Mass in Four Voices, as well as
other beautiful works, making it a truly magnificent act of worship.
