	Women's Ministries

	St John’s Mothers Union meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 11.30 am. We are linked to the world wide organisation of MU whose aims are to support family life and to encourage people in the Christian faith. Meetings may include prayer, guest speakers, bible studies, singalongs and other activities. We are a small, friendly and mostly older group, welcoming members and visitors alike. Our office bearers are Sandra Salmon president and Margaret Winters secretary/treasurer. Contact the Parish Office for more information .


	Caritas meets on the First Monday of every month at 8pm The name means “Christian love for others” and is part of Mothers Union Australia. Membership is open to everyone and provides friendship, relaxation, intellectual stimulation and time to be oneself. Meetings may include prayer, guest speakers, craft nights, outings, discussions. Caritas promotes all that strengthens and preserves Christian family life. Contact the Parish Office for more information.



	Mary Andrews College provides courses and training for women to equip them to reach out to others with the good news of Jesus.

	Men's Ministries
	The Men's Group meets every two or three months. . Our gatherings have been informal get-togethers at the local club or a restuarant for a meal or Saturday morning Eucharist at St. Johns followed by breakfast in the hall.
